As a trainer, my approach blends strength, balance, and body awareness to help people feel capable, confident, and connected to their bodies at every stage of life.

I work with a wide range of clients, from those building back strength after injury to women navigating pregnancy and postpartum. My focus is always on smart, intentional movement that builds strength without breaking you down. With specializations in glute gains and ante- and post-natal training, my goal is to help you move in a way that feels strong, sustainable, and personal.

I’m also passionate about helping people redefine what “counts” as exercise. Movement doesn’t have to fit a mold, it just has to make you feel alive in your body.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll probably find me experimenting with new workouts, researching performance recovery tools, or chasing the perfect balance between discipline and joy because real strength lives in both.
